Information you provide
The meeting and contact forms collect your name, email address, organization, workload or topic, and any message you submit. Meeting requests also include your preferred date, time, and timezone. Please do not submit model weights, credentials, sensitive production data, or confidential customer information.

Purpose and storage
Submitted information is used to handle your inquiry, coordinate a meeting, and understand the inference infrastructure you want to discuss. The server stores your request and a reference identifier. A preferred time is a request; the team confirms meeting arrangements separately. The site does not require an account.

Hosting and processing
The website is designed for Vercel hosting. Hosting providers may process technical request data to deliver and secure the site. When configured, request storage uses a Redis service and an optional server notification endpoint receives the submitted form details. These providers may process data outside your location.

Retention and requests
Form records in the website request store expire after 90 days. Correspondence or records transferred to a team notification system may have a separate retention period based on the purpose and applicable obligations. You may request access, correction, or deletion through the Contact page by selecting “Privacy request”. Include your request reference where available. Do not include additional sensitive information.

Cookies and tracking
The application does not set analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies and does not include third-party tracking scripts. See the Cookie Policy for more information. Following an external scheduling or other website link may be subject to that provider’s policy.

Scope and changes
This policy covers the public InferGrid website. Any separate platform agreement or deployment-specific data-processing arrangement is addressed separately. Changes to website data handling will be reflected on this page. For privacy questions, use the Contact page.
