Legal / Website terms
Terms of Service
Terms for using the public InferGrid website and submitting an inquiry.
01
Website use
Use this website lawfully and without interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or submitting malicious, misleading, or abusive content. These terms cover the informational website and its inquiry forms.
02
Product information
Website content describes InferGrid’s GPU InferenceOps positioning, product concepts, and operational workflows. Illustrative product interfaces are examples. Technology references do not establish a partnership, verified integration, certification, or service-level guarantee.
03
Meeting and contact requests
Submitting a form creates an inquiry or meeting request. A confirmation reference acknowledges that the request was saved; it does not establish an agreed appointment, purchase, subscription, or platform access. The preferred time is subject to coordination with the team.
04
Separate commercial agreements
Platform availability, implemented features, support, security requirements, deployment scope, pricing, and contractual commitments must be confirmed separately with InferGrid. A commercial service requires a separate agreement.
05
Content and third-party marks
Website content and design are provided for evaluating InferGrid. Third-party names and marks identify technologies and remain the property of their respective owners. Do not misrepresent affiliations or copy content in a misleading way.
06
Availability and responsibility
The website is provided for general information. Although care is taken with its content and operation, it may contain errors or experience interruptions. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact the team if you identify an error or have a concern.
07
Contact and updates
For questions about these website terms, use the Contact page. Updates apply to subsequent website use. Applicable mandatory law remains in effect; these website terms do not specify a governing jurisdiction or replace a negotiated platform agreement.
